Okay so you burn twice as many calories in the same time with the treadclimber but how hard is it? I read where that before you buy a treadclimber to raise your incline on your treadmill and try to walk at 3 mphs.
Well I raised my incline on my treadmill and tried to walk at 3mph… but I could not walk very long on the incline….I just got worn out.
If I cant walk on it for very long before I get too tired would it be better to just use my treadmill?
I really want to buy one. especially if I can burn the twice the calories, but if the incline makes it too difficult then I would rather stick to walking on my treadmill
Please hekp
thanks

Maybe you people should buy from a retail store that provides a labor warranty, assembly, and service. You should also read on the Bowflex and Nautilus website, they are the only authorized site to buy online and can deny warranty if purchased online elsewhere.

took about 3 hours to put together, needed a second person to help with a couple of steps but came together nicely and works very well so far.

I can not afford to own a bowflex nor do I have room for one in my apartment. However, my local gym does carry the treadclimber thru Nautilus and I have to say that I am extremely impressed with the workout that I get. I actually go out of my way to go to the gym just to use this piece of equipment because of the results I get. It gets you in your heart rate zone so quickly yet it doesn’t feel like you are working hard at all.. This machine was not meant for running but taking long strides – you could easily loose 5lbs a week with this machine. It toned my thighs, my back and my stomach and it was so easy to use, I highly recommend using this machine. It’s definitely a smarter approach to working out – you get better results in less time as you incorporate all the major muscles at once. Tremendous calorie burning – the results speak for themselves and I can’t say enough about this piece of equipment, it doesnt hurt my joints at all and in no time at all i had burned way more calories than i would have on an eliptical, treadmill or stair stepper… Very happy with the results I am seeing in such a short amount of time, I am also on a low calorie diet so I’m trying to do it right all around.

I was very impressed with the way this order for a large heavy piece of equipment was handled. Amazon provided special treatment and follow up. Order was received on schedule and in good shape. The teadclimber was easy to assemble providing you FIRST read the instruction. It took a couple hours and it is working just fine.
Special thanks to the Amazon staff that provided follow up.
